Plans cancelled for the day :(

So I go back to school tomorrow for winter quarter and was planning on going to town today to buy some items I need for school and to buy some food so I can prepare home made meals instead of buying take out once I start school but that all changed this morning. I had to take my oldest out to the bus stop and that's when I noticed how icey and slippery it was outside and had to cancel my outing since I didn't want to risk my youngest son's life, my life or anyone elses life just because I didn't want to cancel my plans. The ice started to melt around 12pm and I felt a little better about the weather conditions but by then it was to take to go to town since time goes by so fast when you're out shopping and then I wouldn't be home in time for when my son gets off the bus. I stayed home and made some mexican hot chocolate instead and it sure was delicious but it was missing the bread.
